5 pouring slurry cycle time 5-6 minutes, cut cycle time 5 minutes.

6 pouring slurry temperature 38-42 degree

7 curing time in curing room is 1.5-2.5hours(Flyash)2.5-4hours(Sand), temperature 40-50 degree, after curing body strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa

8 Steam curing in autoclave cycle time, flyash 7-8 hours,sand 10-11hours,the pressure is 1.1-1.3Mpa,the temperature is 180-190 degree
