The Ball mill is widely used for milling various kinds of ores or rocks in metal and nonmetal mining and building material 

industry.The main bearing of the ball mill with the shell diameter 900to2100mm is spherical liner bearing; for the shell 

diameter 2700mm, the main bearing is completely closed self-aligning 120°bearing with strong alloy of high lead and low tin with low hardness, underneath laid with cooling copper piping full of water 

The bearing is of static pressure structure with high and low pressure united oil lubricating system.

1. Application: 

Ball Mill is widely used in powder making production line in industries, like mining,building materials and chemistry industries.  It is a key equipment to grind all kinds of ores and other materials, including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.

 

2. Working Principle:

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
